The Island Packet and Beaufort Gazette are awarding $1000 to the winner of our Lowcountry Star contest.

It's as easy as ...

1. Shoot a video of your entry - sing, dance, play the kazoo, whatever it takes to show you're the Lowcountry's hidden talent!
2. Upload your video to this web site. It's easy - just select the file from your computer, tell us a bit about yourself, and you're almost famous.
3. Vote - up to once an hour every day until May 19, 2008 at 5:00 PM. Tell your family, your friends, your neighbors, your dentist. Every vote counts, and the video with the most votes at the end of the contest will win $1000!

The contest winner will be announced May 21, 2008. You must be 14 years of age or older or click here for a parental permission form. Employees of The Island Packet and Beaufort Gazette and their immediate families are ineligible.
